Le respect en milieu de travail

Est-il difficile de maintenir un climat respectueux dans votre milieu de travail? Est-ce que certains conflits perdurent ou auraient besoin d’être gérés? Qu’en est-il des comportements qui frisent l’intimidation ou le harcèlement?

Dans cet atelier, les participants seront sensibilisés aux comportements négatifs au travail et découvriront des stratégies qui les aideront à faire face aux situations difficiles lorsqu’elles se présenteront.

LES ÉLÉMENTS QUI SERONT ABORDÉS.

  • Déterminer les comportements problématiques et irrespectueux;
  • Explorer ce que sont l’intimidation et le harcèlement, et ce qu’ils ne sont PAS;
  • Apprendre comment promouvoir le respect et comment désamorcer et prévenir l’intimidation, la discrimination et le harcèlement;
  • Adopter des approches de communication qui favorisent le respect et le travail d’équipe avec les personnes qui ont des comportements difficiles.
