Do you have a hard time managing conflict? You may ask yourself: “Why is addressing conflict so difficult?”

Managing conflict is important for every organization, no matter the size. If left unchecked or unresolved, it can lead to a loss in production, absenteeism, attrition, and even lawsuits.

This Masterskills program is aimed at advancing crucial conflict management skills, including dealing with frustration and anger. It will teach participants a conflict resolution process that they can use and modify to resolve conflict and disputes. Participants will also be provided with a set of skills in solution building and finding common ground.

  • Learn the 7-step conflict resolution process;
  • Explore the main styles of conflict resolution;
  • Learn to be flexible and adapt your style to different types of conflict, including ways to deal with anger;
  • Explore ways to communicate and approach problems in a healthy and productive manner
