It has been said that leaders are born, not made. And, while it is true that some people are innately born leaders, others are made in the midst of adversity.

In Masterskills: Leadership and Influence, you will come to know and practise the techniques that makeup truly excellent leaders. You will have the tools needed to build confidence and gain momentum to take the lead role. The more experience you have acting as a genuine leader, the easier it will be for you.

It’s never easy to fully take the lead, as you’ll always need to make difficult decisions and face challenges, but it can certainly become more natural and increasingly rewarding.

This intensive executive leadership program is aimed at advancing leadership competencies by challenging leaders with new insights, best practices and tools as well as peer feedback, group coaching and one-on-one advising throughout the entirety of the program.
