Have you ever had someone on your team who no-one could ever please … no matter how hard they tried? Ever had someone harassed by a bully? Or met someone who “knows it all”?

You’ve tried different approaches with them to no avail. How frustrating! And at times, you’re at your wits’ end with them.

In this workshop, participants get to discuss why people behave the way they do. They’ll have the opportunity to learn and use a variety of tools, techniques and strategies expertly designed to deal with challenging and difficult behaviours in the workplace.

What we'll be Covering.

  • Discuss possible reasons for such difficult behaviors;
  • Learn how to address, in a respectful manner these difficult situations;
  • Explore ways to communicate and approach problems in a healthy and productive manner; and,
  • Develop strategies to adapt to challenging circumstances.
